Sophie Leveille

Director, Strategic Partnerships

Sophie leads strategic partnerships work at Character Lab. In this role, she collaborates with organizations to implement insights and develop programs to make progress toward Character Lab’s mission.

Sophie is inspired by authentic expression and believes that character is a foundational part of its development.

Before joining Character Lab, Sophie worked in various nonprofit organizations in areas including music education, asylum immigration law, and international housing development. She brings prior experience in business development, strategy, and frontline fundraising to her current role. She holds a BA in Classical Music from Mercer University with studies in International Affairs and Business Development.

In her free time, Sophie can be found attending concerts, visiting museums, traveling, or cooking a new recipe for her family and friends.
